Operations and Maintenance Consulting Business Development Lead

As a Business Development Manager for Operations and Maintenance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy from lead generation to contract signature. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your role will also involve building a robust network in the operations, maintenance, and inspection organizations of our customers, reporting client interactions and leads in the CRM tool, and developing offering combining market data and interfaces with T. You will also need to develop marketing material to support business development and proposal content for OMC. You will need a Master's degree in process engineering, operations management, or a related field, or 20 years of significant experience in operations and maintenance management. You will also need a solid experience in O&G assets operations and maintenance management, ideally combining General Maintenance and Operator experience. Additionally, you will need a demonstrated commercial/tendering experience in the field of operations and maintenance, and a strong appetite for commercial development. You will also need to have a strong background in Maintenance methods & Tools and complete fluency in English.
