We are seeking a highly skilled European Sales Manager for Resin Markets to join our team at Arkema.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for our range of polyols and specialty surfactants in the resin markets.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back office, Supply Chain, Sales Director, Business developers, Product Managers, Legal, and the Credit department.
  • Provide sales forecasts, customer collection, and customer satisfaction reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an engineering school (or equivalent) with a specialization in sales or negotiation.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a similar or technical sales position, preferably with a market player (surfactant/polyols producer or formulator).
  • Strong sales background and good understanding of marketing.
  • Technical knowledge of the targeted markets and applications and/or knowledge of specialty surfactants/polyols.
  • Rigorous, able to negotiate in an international environment, and listen to customers.
  • Team player, autonomous, and open-minded.
  • Fluent in French, Italian, and English.
