Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Cloud Technical Account Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch). En tant que Cloud Technical Account Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec nos clients et de l'élaboration de stratégies pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs en matière de cloud computing.

Responsabilités

  • Gestion des relations avec les clients et identification de leurs besoins en matière de cloud computing
  • Élaboration de stratégies pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs en matière de cloud computing
  • Collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de marketing pour promouvoir les services AWS
  • Analyse des besoins des clients et recommandation de solutions AWS appropriées
  • Évaluation des performances des clients et identification de opportunités d'amélioration

Compétences requises

  • Expérience en matière de gestion de relations avec les clients
  • Connaissance approfondie des services AWS
  • Compétences en matière de stratégie et d'analyse
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
  • Langue française et anglaise
