Role Overview:

  • Oversee and evaluate annual compliance assessments
  • Investigate and resolve monitoring alerts
  • Ensure accuracy of remote data readings
  • Establish protocols for managing operational alerts
  • Address challenges in remote reading implementations
  • Plan and coordinate necessary interventions
  • Maintain and update technical client information
  • Revise site contact records for improved accessibility
  • Collaborate with property owners for the installation of cellar repeaters
  • Assess and enhance the performance of remote water meter readings
  • Advocate for and implement Professional Remote Reading practices
  • Assist with field operations and interventions

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI or equivalent program
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, active listening, and analytical thinking
