Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure all issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Lead the customer support team and ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Proven experience working in an ISP or MSP environment.
  • Strong background in managing customer inquiries and escalation management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Salary: €75,000
