The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Demand Planner to join our dynamic team in Paris. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the demand forecast for our entire brand portfolio across all EMEA markets.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain Estée Lauder's Demand Management processes, actively participating in system testing during integration phases.
  • Take ownership of the Demand Management processes for your assigned brand/EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Statistical team to drive an exception-based management process, leveraging data analysis to refine forecasts.
  • Work hand-in-hand with regional brand teams to identify and incorporate relevant sales drivers into the demand plan.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to develop accurate new product launch forecasts based on aligned assumptions. Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts post-launch.
  • Analyze Demand Accuracy KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the regional demand consensus cycle, ensuring a comprehensive view of basic and new demand. Lead discussions to achieve consensus on the 12-month plan and address any discrepancies with related Finance/Brand plans.
  • Support the regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by executing actions stemming from the IBP output and adapting demand according to supply commitments.
  • Maintain open communication with the supply planning organization, proactively communicating demand changes and their potential impact on service levels and inventory.
  • Continuously strive to enhance Demand Planning work processes for your assigned brand.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, including 2 years specifically in Demand Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
