Amazon France Logistique SAS est à la recherche d'un Post-Delivery Experience Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de Customer Service en France et en Belgique.
Responsabilités- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets stratégiques pour améliorer l'expérience client post-livraison.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de CS et de non-CS pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Créer et gérer un cadre de mesure pour évaluer l'expérience client post-livraison.
- Investiguer et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'expérience client post-livraison.
- Chercher à améliorer l'expérience client en identifiant les points de friction et en proposant des solutions.
- Fluence en français et en anglais.
- Diplôme en management, administration des entreprises ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience dans la gestion de programmes transversaux, y compris les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Travailler dans une entreprise innovante et leader dans le domaine de la logistique.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience client et à la croissance de l'entreprise.
- Travailler en équipe et développer ses compétences en collaboration.
