Post-Delivery Experience Manager

Amazon France Logistique SAS est à la recherche d'un Post-Delivery Experience Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de Customer Service en France et en Belgique.

Responsabilités
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets stratégiques pour améliorer l'expérience client post-livraison.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de CS et de non-CS pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Créer et gérer un cadre de mesure pour évaluer l'expérience client post-livraison.
  • Investiguer et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'expérience client post-livraison.
  • Chercher à améliorer l'expérience client en identifiant les points de friction et en proposant des solutions.
Compétences requises
  • Fluence en français et en anglais.
  • Diplôme en management, administration des entreprises ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de programmes transversaux, y compris les parties prenantes internes et externes.
