About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our customers in West Africa, providing technical knowledge and support to help them solve problems with ZF systems and services.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering technical knowledge of ZF products
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Participation in Service Partners network expansion
  • Fleets and digital solution implementations
  • Sales target of 30% for allocated customers or region
  • Implementing campaigns and product-related initiatives
  • Providing support and technical trainings
  • Initiating and participating in customer events
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Cooperating with internal teams
  • Distributing relevant ZF product documentation
  • Acting as a ZF ambassador
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant engineering degree
  • Good command of English and French (spoken and written) is essential. Arabic is nice to have.
  • Customer service and CV industry experience (>3 years)
  • High level of computer skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Good commercial and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and dedicated
  • Systematic and pragmatic approach to day-to-day work
  • Flexible, good communicator, team player
  • Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision
  • Willingness to work beyond working hours if required
  • Willingness to travel
