We are a leading global supplier of green energy technologies, and our mission is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our commercial goals in the South East region of responsibility.
Key Objectives:
- Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility.
- Funnel Management KPI's of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
- Follow up with local Finance Partner Team on preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.
- Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within automotive industry or mobility services.
- Solid Financial knowledge.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Great negotiation skills.
- Excellent English and French language skills.
