About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Enterprise Sales team in France. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in France.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships with major enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Support, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in enterprise sales and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners in both languages.
