We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Labour Law Counsel to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on labour law matters across various countries, including France, Spain, Germany, the UK, the US, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Key Responsibilities- Advise stakeholders on labour law matters, including employment contracts, working hours, remuneration, remote work, disciplinary actions, contract termination, and intra-group mobility.
- Support teams in defining and implementing projects to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft legal documentation, including contract templates, letters, and information notes.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with law firms.
- Organize and lead CSE meetings.
- Liaise with the CSE and trade unions.
- Draft and negotiate collective documentation, including internal regulations, unilateral decisions, and collective agreements.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers.
- Conduct legal watch to ensure the company remains up-to-date on labour laws in all countries where it operates.
- At least 3 years of experience as a labour law counsel, ideally in an international company or law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of French labour law.
- Knowledge of other applicable laws, such as Spanish, German, and British laws, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- A meaningful job that contributes to reducing electronic waste and fighting against planned obsolescence.
