RESTORIA is a company dedicated to responsible and sustainable catering in the Grand Ouest region. Our Chefs prepare delicious meals using fresh ingredients to satisfy our guests.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Leader.

Your Role:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team effectively.
  • Coordinate ingredient preparation processes.
  • Oversee the unpacking of raw materials.
  • Assist with vegetable washing and peeling tasks.
  • Organize work teams for optimal efficiency.
  • Provide support to colleagues in their daily duties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food production environments.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles is essential.

  • A full-time permanent position with early morning shifts from Monday to Friday.
  • No weekend or holiday work required.
  • Competitive starting salary of €1,929.20 gross per month.
