We are in search of a distinguished HR professional to serve as a People Partner for our operations in France.

As a People Partner, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee journey by delivering outstanding services, overseeing P&C operations, and facilitating the execution of P&C programs and initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees in France, addressing P&C inquiries, policies, and procedures to ensure precise and prompt guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the employee lifecycle processes, encompassing onboarding, off-boarding, career advancement, learning opportunities, and internal mobility.Collaborate with various P&C functions (e.g., recruitment, compensation, benefits) to ensure smooth P&C operations and service delivery to employees. Specifically, contribute to the local implementation of reward programs, assess their effectiveness, and provide compensation advice to local management.Support the rollout of P&C policies, programs, and initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment with global P&C strategies and objectives.Address employee relations issues and performance management in partnership with management.Assist in P&C reporting and analytics, generating insights to drive continuous improvement in P&C processes and practices.Stay informed about changes in local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary adjustments to P&C practices.Collaborate closely with COEs, Global Business Partners, and local specialists to ensure seamless deployment of all People & Culture initiatives.

Who You Are

A minimum of 8 years in Human Resources, including experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in a global, matrixed environment, preferably within the IT sector. A Master's degree in HR/Business or a related field.P&C Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of Human Resources processes and are well-acquainted with French labor regulations and employee relations.Solution-Oriented: You are not merely a partner; you are a problem solver. Your business insight drives results.Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French, you build trust effortlessly with stakeholders.Communication: You exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.Emotionally Intelligent: You navigate complex situations with determination and assertiveness.Location: You are based or wish to be based in the Nice area.
