We are looking for a distinguished HR professional to serve as a People Partner for our operations in France.

As a People Partner, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee journey by delivering outstanding services, overseeing P&C operations, and facilitating the execution of P&C programs and initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees in France on P&C inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, career advancement, training, and internal mobility, as well as adherence to internal policies. Collaborate with various P&C functions (e.g., recruitment, compensation, benefits) to ensure smooth P&C operations and service delivery to employees. Specifically, contribute to the local implementation of reward programs, assess their effectiveness, and provide compensation advice to local management.Support the rollout of P&C policies, programs, and initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment with global P&C strategies and objectives.Address employee relations issues and performance management in partnership with management.Assist in P&C reporting and analytics, generating insights to promote continuous improvement in P&C processes and practices.Stay informed about changes in local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary adjustments to P&C practices.Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence, Global Business Partners, and local specialists to implement all People & Culture initiatives effectively.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 8 years in Human Resources, including experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in a global, matrix environment, preferably within the IT sector. A Master's degree in HR/Business or a related field. P&C Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources processes and familiarity with France labor regulations and employee relations.Solution-Oriented: A proactive partner and problem solver, leveraging business acumen to drive results.Bilingual: Proficient in both English and French, establishing trust with stakeholders effortlessly.Communication: Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.Emotionally Intelligent: Capable of navigating complex situations with determination and assertiveness.Location: Preference for candidates based in the Nice area.
