Position: Human Resources Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, crafting job advertisements, and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate internship and apprenticeship requirements within the organization.
  • Support training initiatives, including organizing logistics, tracking performance indicators, and managing participant communications.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
