Job Title: Senior SaaS Sales Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SaaS Sales Expert to join our team at Wüest Partner. As a Senior SaaS Sales Expert, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for our Wüest Dimensions SaaS platform in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and developers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Provide sales support and training to internal teams, including product development and marketing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus in Sales, ideally with SaaS solutions (B2B)
- Strong understanding or interest in real estate investment (valuation, asset management, portfolio management, business dashboards, etc.)
- Experience in capturing client needs and developing business opportunities, from prospecting to closing
- Ability to quickly learn and master platform use cases independently
- Strong interest in digital solutions, data, and analysis
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer and service-oriented approach
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with C-level clients and internally with developers
- Self-initiative, flexibility, and team-player mentality
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
