Job Title: Senior SaaS Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SaaS Sales professional to join our team at Wüest Partner in France. As a key member of our DAT division, you will be responsible for defining and executing the acquisition, negotiation, marketing, and contracting strategy for the Wüest Dimensions SaaS platform in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and adoption of the Wüest Dimensions SaaS platform in France.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying their needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute the business plan for the Wüest Dimensions SaaS platform in France.
  • Provide training and support to clients and prospects to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus in sales, ideally with SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-initiative, flexibility, and team-player mentality.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
