We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Wiser Solutions, Inc. as an Enterprise Systems Administrator. This role will require you to provide top-notch technical support and administration services to our employees, ensuring seamless operation of our network and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Network Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our SD-WAN, IPSec, VPN, Firewalls, and Network Switches.
- Active Directory Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
- Azure/AWS Administration: Monitor and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Windows Configuration and Support: Provide expert-level support for Windows Server and Workstation, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain our SharePoint environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and data management.
- Service Desk Support: Assist our Service Desk team with ticket creation, fulfillment, escalation, and solution follow-up, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior support personnel, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant work experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant support and administration experience, with 2+ years in a senior administrative position.
- Certifications: Progressive certifications related to the role, such as Cisco/Meraki, Microsoft Support Certifications, and CompTIA A+.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Language Skills: Strong command of the English language, with fluency in French a plus.
