Your Role: Sales Administration Specialist

As a Sales Administration Specialist within our Global Sales Force (GSF) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing order processing, generating accurate quotes, and supporting sales activities to help us achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily orders, generate quotes, and manage the entire order lifecycle efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Communicate promptly with the sales operations team lead or client portfolio manager regarding any issues or pending matters.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with commercial IT systems (CRM, SAP).
