Job Description & Role Responsibilities:
- Expand Dassault Systèmes' reach by identifying and developing strategic partnerships that align with our business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for our partners, ensuring their growth and success.
- Design and execute onboarding plans for new partners, focusing on building their capacity and capability to drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy enablement plans that enhance partner skills and competencies.
- Evaluate and develop partner capacity and capability to support sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Review and analyze partner business roles and skills to identify areas for development and improvement.
- Develop and manage extended teams to ensure successful partner development plan delivery, driving key performance indicators.
- Design and implement development plans to drive growth and improvement based on key performance indicators.
- Manage partner development plans and connect partners with Dassault Systèmes resources to support key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner management and/or recruitment.
- Desirable: experience in the software industry and/or multinational company experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
