Strategic Partner Growth Specialist

Mission
As a key member of the CRE Global organization, the Strategic Partner Growth Specialist is responsible for developing new partners and working closely with field sales and marketing teams to increase partner capacity. The primary objective is to grow partner capacity through the source, qualify, recruit, and onboard process. Success is measured against agreed business plans with new partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CRE Global organization to define a new partner capacity model and develop a comprehensive framework and processes for acquiring and developing new partners.
- Work with field sales and marketing teams to assess needs and define action plans to support new partner development.
- Provide support to field teams by developing and deploying processes to source, qualify, and recruit new partners.
- Enable field teams and support new partners in onboarding, enablement, and ramp-up as agreed within business plans.
- Monitor execution and performance against agreed business KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven program management experience with a focus on business growth and development.
- Strong understanding of lean business principles and vendor/field management experience.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and drive execution efficiency.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and business development with a focus on international markets.
- Self-motivated with business acumen to lead independently and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
