Unlock Your Potential as a Strategic Account Manager

At Checkout, we're on a mission to enable businesses and their communities to thrive in the digital economy. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for our French Enterprise and Mid-Market merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for a portfolio of French Enterprise and Mid-Market merchants
  • Own revenue and merchant engagement targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure success
  • Craft merchant-specific strategic account development plans, focusing on payment performance, revenue generation, and merchant satisfaction
  • Build high-touch, consultative relationships with merchants, delivering expertise, education, and guidance to help them achieve their goals
  • Analyze merchant performance and provide recommendations to improve payment flow and revenue
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or commercial roles in the Tech industry
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with excellent project management and analytical abilities
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and future trends
  • Customer-driven and results-driven, with the ability to establish robust relationships at C-level with assigned high-profile customers
