Job Title: Pastry Cook
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at Club Med in Asia. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pastries and desserts for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pastries and desserts for buffets and à la carte restaurants
- Lead and train Pastry Cook assistants
- Ensure high-quality presentation of pastries and desserts
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification
- Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering, and Viennese breads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
