Job Title: Pastry Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Club Med. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, leading a team of pastry cooks, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing a variety of international pastries
  • Leading, training, and developing pastry cook assistants
  • Attending and decorating buffets
  • Participating in menu creation
  • Preparing orders and administering stock
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med's standards and hygiene procedures
  • Developing staff skills through training and formation

Requirements:

  • Experience in the function and team management
  • Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering, and Viennese breads
  • Fluent in English

Contract Type: Temporary contract

Package: Seasonal contract with salary adapted to skills and experience, accommodation, and meals provided by Club Med
