Job Title: Customer Service Support Engineer

At Yokogawa Electric Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute installations, online modifications, and other professional services jobs in accordance with work orders and customer contracts.
  • Respond to allocated trouble requests, providing on-site service to restore equipment functionality and resolve customer issues.
  • Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions, and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Mechatronics.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation Control systems, preferably with Yokogawa DCS system CS3000 and ESD system Prosafe RS or other ESD systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of Foundation Fieldbus will be useful.
Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Maintenance & servicing of Control Systems.
  • Customer interaction/relationship skills.
  • Resolving complaints/interacting.
  • Service methodologies.
  • Writing & Reporting skills.
