Key Responsibilities- Lead the engineering team in the execution of projects, ensuring that all engineering activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement engineering management plans, ensuring that all engineering activities are aligned with the project's overall strategy.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that engineering activities are integrated with other project activities.
- Manage and optimize the use of engineering resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that engineering activities meet their needs and expectations.
- Identify and mitigate engineering risks, ensuring that all engineering activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
- Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to ensure that all engineering activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are documented and recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the water treatment and construction industry.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
