SAP Service Delivery Manager for Global Transformation Program

ENGIE, a global leader in energy and services, is embarking on a transformative journey to drive the energy transition and industrialize its operations. The GET (Global Enterprise Transformation) Program is at the heart of this ambitious initiative, aiming to standardize ERP systems, optimize processes, and establish ENGIE as an integrated industrial company.

As part of this strategic program, we are seeking a highly experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to join our dedicated IT Operations team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of our critical SAP applications, including S/4HANA, MDG, ARIBA, and SAC.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: You will be accountable for all RUN activities related to GET Applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability. This includes defining and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our Global Business Services IT team, who are responsible for the day-to-day operational management.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the RUN Steering Committee, driving collaboration and alignment across stakeholders. Define the RUN budget and charging model, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.
  • Innovation & Automation: Champion the implementation of innovative technologies and automation strategies (DevOps, Agile, AI) to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • User Experience: Monitor user satisfaction and implement action plans to address any concerns. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure strict adherence to ENGIE's internal control, cybersecurity, disaster recovery planning (DRP), and data privacy policies.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with the Vendor Management Office to manage contracts with service providers, ensuring optimal performance and value.
Your Profile:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP Service Delivery Management, particularly within large-scale, international environments. You possess strong leadership skills, the ability to thrive in matrix organizations, and a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence.

  • Significant experience managing SAP applications across various modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Procurement).
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading RUN activities, including SLA management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
