Transformative Leadership Opportunity at ENGIE
ENGIE, a leading energy and services company, is embarking on a major transformation program to drive the energy transition and industrialize its operations. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a highly experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to join our GET (Global Enterprise Transformation) program.
About the Role
The SAP Service Delivery Manager will be accountable for all RUN activities of GET Applications, including evolutive maintenance. This role will require defining and controlling RUN SLA, leading the RUN Steering Committee, and ensuring industrialization and automation of processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for all RUN activities of GET Applications, including evolutive maintenance.
- Define and control RUN SLA with GBS IT.
- Lead the RUN Steering Committee to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Define RUN budget and charging model, challenge and control costs.
- Ensure industrialization and automation of processes, leveraging innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI, etc.).
- Monitor user satisfaction and define associated action plans.
- Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & Tech Lead.
- Manage contracts of service providers in interaction with the Vendor Management Office.
- Drive special RUN projects (retrofits, upgrades, business reorganizations, etc.).
- Secure transition to RUN for each rollout.
- Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle, etc.).
Requirements
- Senior position requiring significant experience in SAP Service Delivery Management, especially for large and international SAP applications.
- Ability to lead in matrixial organizations.
- Fluent English (oral/written).
- Leadership and experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination.
- Experience of working in project management mode.
- Rigorous and able to find the right balance between industrialization and day-to-day requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Team spirit.
