Your Work Environment:

The headquarters of AXA Group serves as the central hub for our corporate activities, providing guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. This ensures the alignment and execution of the Group's overarching strategy, adherence to standards, consistency in commercial approaches, and the sharing of best practices. Our headquarters is home to approximately 1000 employees, characterized by a vibrant international culture with 45 nationalities, making it a dynamic and enriching workplace.

Within the Group, you will be integrated into the IT Department (DSI). The DSI of GIE is committed to spearheading the digital transformation of local and corporate functions, promoting and implementing innovative IT solutions that align with the Group's strategic objectives. The DSI acts as a true partner to business functions, offering support and guidance.

Your Job and Daily Responsibilities:

As a member of the Corporate Functions team, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring that all objectives are achieved within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with your product line manager and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders, adhering to IT governance protocols.
  • Manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Evaluate project performance using relevant metrics.
  • Oversee the business-as-usual operations of applications under your IT jurisdiction.
  • Foster strong relationships and a deep understanding of business needs to support daily operations.
Your Profile

To excel in this position, you will need:
  • A decade of experience in a similar role and proficiency in English.
  • A Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical Project Manager or in a comparable position within the technology sector.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Analytical, communication, and cross-cultural teamwork skills.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset, adaptability, and proven interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
