L'entreprise Qair France, membre du groupe Qair, recherche un Contract Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de Construction et Achats à Montpellier. Ce poste est chargé de la rédaction et de la négociation des contrats de fournitures et de travaux, notamment pour la construction d'usines d'hydrogène vert.
Responsabilités- Analyser et comprendre les projets dans leur globalité;
- Accompagner les phases d'achats depuis l'appel à candidatures jusqu'à la détermination du prix final du contrat en fin d'exécution;
- Assister la direction opérationnelle métier pour analyser les besoins et construire la stratégie d'achat;
- Accompagner le chef de projet construction dans l'élaboration des pièces administratives du dossier de consultation des entreprises;
- Contribuer à l'analyse des offres sur les sujets administratifs et contractuels;
- Supporter le chef de projet construction dans la conclusion des contrats;
- Identifier les risques (contractuels, juridiques, commerciaux, financiers, planning, interfaces projets...) et en proposer des mesures de couverture;
- Supporter la direction opérationnelle métier dans les réponses à apporter aux due diligence techniques et légales;
- Supporter le chef de projet dans l'application du contrat;
- Rédaction et négociation contractuelle;
- Gestion des risques par leur cartographie et leur suivi (qualitatifs, budgétaires, contractuels et de planning);
- Connaissances en industrie, en construction et dans le secteur de l'énergie;
- Connaissances des procédures réglementées des Achats privés;
- Esprit d'équipe, sens du relationnel;
- Grande capacité d'analyse et de reporting;
- Organisation, coordination de différentes parties prenantes et gestion des priorités;
- Savoir analyser la demande du prescripteur, le besoin, les risques et opportunités du projet;
- Savoir gérer des litiges commerciaux;
- Connaître les réglementations en vigueur;
- Maîtriser les logiciels de bureautique (traitement de texte, tableur, présentation...);
- Une pratique courante de l'anglais est indispensable.
