Key Responsibilities:- Manage the monthly billing and collection cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Achieve aging targets and reduce lock-up period goals through effective cash flow management and financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage all phases of the inventory cycle, including vendor invoices and Chrome River input.
- Process write-offs and time transfers in accordance with Firm policy, ensuring compliance with local rules and EU VAT regulations.
- Review and verify the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problem-solving, providing excellent customer service.
- Create and distribute monthly billing reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with partners and Accounts Manager to deliver results, working closely to meet financial objectives.

- Have excellent knowledge of local rules and EU VAT regulations, ensuring compliance with Firm policy and industry standards.
- Experience or understanding of billing in a foreign currency and potential issues, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex financial problems.
- Engage, establish, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to gain knowledge about their needs and preferences.
- Respond quickly to requests for billing materials, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Analytical thinking to reconcile billing information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Firm policy.
- Experience of working with task codes, budget management, and financial analysis, with a focus on delivering results and meeting financial objectives.
