Position: Chief Operations Officer - Renewable Energy

Location: EMEA (Remote)

In light of a recent acquisition, the organization is evolving into a fully integrated Independent Power Producer (IPP). The Chief Operations Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in guiding the strategic development initiatives of the IPP. Following this, the individual will familiarize themselves with the operational and financial sectors of the organization to proficiently oversee the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) divisions. The Chief Operations Officer is anticipated to transition into the CEO role in the near future.

Candidate Profile:
  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership position within a reputable firm in the photovoltaic sector, demonstrating expertise in PV EPC and O&M operations, plant design, project development, asset management, finance, and corporate governance.
  2. Knowledgeable in corporate law and board governance, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Regular collaboration with the CEO will be essential during the transition period.
