About the RoleAs a Business Development Director at KCAS Bio, you will play a critical role in furthering our mission to deliver innovative treatments in human and animal health. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and account growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities consistent with our company portfolio of services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
- Collect and communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders for proposal generation
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities into our CRM system
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree (Master equivalent) in a biological science-related field
- At least 3 years of prior sales experience in the biotech industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
