Sales & Business Development Director

Group Strategic Initiatives is seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to lead a team of specialists in defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions for key accounts in the last-mile delivery sector.
The role involves:
- Developing sales support materials for the sales teams as a complete solution for customers, in close collaboration with Flexis program and Service & Solutions teams.
- Defining and implementing sales processes to secure proper sales journeys from prospecting to delivery, including CRM management.
- Planning and running co-construction projects as support to operational teams, engaging in co-construction efforts with key customers and facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Supporting key accounts projects on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate Flexis solutions with customers' operational constraints.
- Providing training to the Key Account Solutions team.
- Collaborating with other support functions at Flexis, including cross-functional work with experts.
- Actively listening to customers and providing feedback to adapt and improve the solution offer to match customer needs from a product and service perspective.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B and ideally in the automotive industry.
- Experience in management, product marketing, and project management.
- Background with E-mobility would be a plus.
- Strong customer obsession with a holistic view to build trust.
- Ability to act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
