We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team in Europe, focusing on scaling our relationships with key clients, including banks, MTOs, PSPs, wallets, and fintechs.
Key Responsibilities:- Form deep relationships with key accounts in Europe, driving revenue growth through cross and up-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans and strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring account retention, contractual health, and maximum satisfaction of clients.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including compliance, legal, solutions delivery, treasury, and finance.
- Provide timely feedback to leadership on performance, sales activity, and ongoing strategy.
- Extensive hands-on experience in account management, working with financial institutions and enterprise clients in the UK and Europe.
- Operationally focused, with the ability to methodically grow a live account, coordinating internal teams using planning, metrics, and organizational structures.
- Evidence of expertise in CSM (customer success management) with a metric-driven, rigorous, and programmatic framework approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least one European language at an advanced business level.
