Role Responsibilities

The DataGalaxy Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account.
  • Creating, driving, and increasing revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolio.
  • Developing account management plans for upsell and retention strategies.
  • Generating leads and chasing qualified business opportunities.
  • Suggesting innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinating customer testimonials and references to feed new business and sales processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in an Account Management role selling SaaS solutions with a customer-oriented approach.
  • A proven history of closing deals.
  • Ability to generate business leads for upsell.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, curious, creative, and self-driven.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
