Rehabilitation Operations Support Specialist

About the Role
Seine-Saint-Denis Habitat is seeking a dedicated and organized Rehabilitation Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of rehabilitation projects within assigned departments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Financial Oversight: You will be responsible for meticulously tracking administrative and financial aspects of operations throughout their lifecycle, collaborating closely with operations managers to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Project Coordination: From initiation to completion, you will actively participate in all stages of the rehabilitation process. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with institutional requirements.
- Tenant Communication: You will be a key point of contact for tenants involved in rehabilitation projects, providing clear and timely information about project updates and addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Financial Management: During the setup phase, you will manage the financial aspects of new operations, including preparing funding requests, monitoring approvals, and collaborating with external partners.
- Contract Administration: You will support the operations manager in managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers, ensuring timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Project Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and financial records.

- Academic degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
