Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Manager to join our team at JCDecaux. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our business units.
About the Role
The IT Support Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of analysts based in France and India, ensuring the quality of service and continuously improving the team's efficiency.
- Onboarding new business units into our operations organization and processes, managing business user demands and change requests.
- Communicating with business units and domain managers, enhancing communication across the user community.
- Maintaining quality of service and ensuring that incidents, escalations, and scheduled operations are communicated effectively.
- Measuring user satisfaction and sharing support KPIs and SLAs with domain management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Results-oriented problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to work in an international environment.
Working Environment
This role is based in an Agile delivery environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration. You will be working closely with our design and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
