Key ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading operations and management teams in the fields of technology, maintenance, process engineering, and fabrication
- Proposing and implementing the company's production plan
- Ensuring product quality and managing the QHSE management systems
- Organizing departments to work on technological breakthroughs
- Managing people to solve major technical problems
- Developing plans for test runs of new products
- Managing and maintaining the company's equipment
- Chairing regular production meetings and handling production-related problems
- Implementing and carrying out laws, regulations, and provisions related to environmental protection, occupational health, and safety
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, preferably in metallurgy
- At least 10 years of experience as R&D or PE or Production Manager
- Strong capability of organization, coordination, communication, and leadership
- High English proficiency, Chinese speaking is a definite advantage
