Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Specialist to join our team in BYD FRANCE. As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality sales training programs that empower our sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sales training programs that align with our company's sales strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs.
- Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills to our sales teams.
- Track and record training interventions and provide regular training reports to support our sales excellence initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to our sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assume the role of Regional Training Partner for France, working closely with our sales, network development, and relevant teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our French market.
- Bachelor's Degree in automotive, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years' experience in a customer-focused training or coaching team or organization.
- Excellent French and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our sales teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent coaching, training, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of positive influencing in teams.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office suite and Adobe creativity tools, with the ability to create and optimize digital content to support our sales excellence initiatives.
