Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled People Director to join our team. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a seamless People Strategy and OKRs, supporting the employee lifecycle and a great employee experience at Stuart.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing and mentoring HR professionals and people leadership teams across different European countries. You will be comfortable working across a broad HR spectrum, with a high level of senior HR generalist experience. You will also have a strong understanding of employment law in France, UK, Spain, and Italy, with the ability to apply new knowledge to working practices and ER-related scenarios.

We are looking for a people champion who is passionate about fostering an inclusive culture within Stuart and celebrating our individuality within teams. You will be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, open to change and adaptation, and flexible. You will also have the ability to influence and negotiate with senior management teams, including the C-suite, with a commercial mindset.

The successful candidate will have fluency in English and French, with the ability to work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of HR projects, including talent acquisition, HR operations, learning and development, reward, payroll, and workplace.
