Our teams in the Critical Information Systems and Cybersecurity sector deliver comprehensive services and solutions that enhance the performance, resilience, and security of information systems to address technological disruptions and cyber threats.Within Thales, our Thales Cyber Solutions teams provide a wide range of cybersecurity services, from cyber governance to specialized technical expertise, including detection and response services delivered from our Security Operations Centers (SOCs), as well as forensic analysis and threat intelligence. Our clients include major corporations, essential service operators, and governmental organizations that need to protect critical IT or OT systems.
WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
At Thales, our team is responsible for security monitoring (24/7 Security Monitoring, Log Management, Orchestration, Sensors), prevention (Threat Intelligence in collaboration with a CERT), and the management of our clients' security systems (Vulnerability Audits, Identity and Access Management, Security Reporting).
As a member of the “Service Delivery Manager” team within the SOC, you will coordinate all stakeholders, teams, suppliers, and clients to achieve the objectives of a contract. You will act as the conductor of this orchestration.
In this context, your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development of proposals and leading pre-sales activities During the preparation of an offer, you will be called upon to provide your expertise to ensure the consistency of the assumptions made by the pre-sales teams. You will also represent the company to the client, particularly during the defense of proposals. Identifying new needs and expanding services Through regular meetings with your clients, you will identify their emerging needs and propose new, tailored services. You will present new service offerings and manage the submission of commercial proposals. You will rely on necessary support functions to ensure the expansion activities beyond the tools available under the contract: Technical experts for innovative topics, new solutions, and service offerings. Sales and BID Management teams for delivering commercial proposals (SoW, pricing...) as well as the budgetary elements required by Thales processes (Gate, PCS...). Purchasing and legal services... Managing assigned projects within deadlines and contractual compliance You will lead technical projects during both BUILD and RUN phases, ensuring the following tasks: Overseeing the cross-functional team and external providers, as well as internal collateral stakeholders at Thales (purchasing services, legal services...); Monitoring project milestones; Ensuring the compliance of deliverables and overseeing client acceptance. Maintaining client relationships and contract oversight You will participate in governance meetings with your clients and serve as their primary contact for requests that are not part of the standard change catalog. As the guarantor of client satisfaction, you will regularly measure their satisfaction, report issues to Thales Management, and follow up on satisfaction plans. You will also be a key escalation point in case of dysfunctions to address them. Overseeing project financials As the guardian of the project's financial health, you will ensure financial tracking and reporting for each project with the support of the operations manager (invoicing, AVV pipeline, revenue, PC, cash flow...). You will consolidate financials for your entire project portfolio and establish roadmaps and forecasts for PC/revenue. You will monitor client orders and manage invoicing elements while ensuring the proper capacity management of the technical foundation at your disposal (maintenance, licenses, updates...).To provide you with multiple career advancement opportunities within our teams, you will benefit from our training and certification program.

WHO ARE YOU?
You hold a higher education degree (Engineering or equivalent Bac +5) and have at least 5 years of technical experience within a SOC.
You master the management of complex programs, project structuring and planning aspects, risk management, and financial mechanisms. Additionally, you have an excellent understanding of cybersecurity-related issues.
You are capable of addressing cross-functional topics while managing risks and adapting to unforeseen circumstances and urgencies. You demonstrate pedagogical skills to best support the teams.
Beyond your professional skills, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills and structured, targeted communication that allows you to interface with high-demand clients. You are meticulous, autonomous, enjoy teamwork, are curious to learn more, and are capable of sharing your knowledge.
You are aware of information protection and demonstrate discretion.
Your level of English (both written and spoken) enables you to operate in an international context.
