Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective food cost controls to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations, fostering a culture of cleanliness and responsibility within the kitchen.
  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff, cultivating a motivated and high-performing team environment.
  • Collaborate in menu development, incorporating innovative ideas while staying true to authentic Indian flavors and culinary traditions.
  • Maintain consistent quality across all dishes, ensuring each plate meets our exacting standards of excellence.
  • Optimize roster management to effectively meet the demands of the business, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
  • Uphold brand standards through comprehensive team training and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of cross-departmental activities and their impact on overall operations, promoting seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy in the absence of the Executive Chef.
