About the Job Opportunity
Aumet, a leading provider of digital solutions in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving business growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive the adoption of our healthcare applications among pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients and stakeholders.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales in the healthcare sector in France.
- Proven experience in working with Startups is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
- Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in French and English languages.
