About the Job Opportunity

Aumet, a leading provider of digital solutions in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive the adoption of our healthcare applications among pharmacies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients and stakeholders.
  3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital solutions.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of five years of experience in sales in the healthcare sector in France.
  2. Proven experience in working with Startups is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  5. Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
  6. Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  10. Fluency in French and English languages.
