Join AXA Group as a Deputy Head of Pole

AXA Group is a leading global insurance and financial services company that operates in more than 50 countries, serving over 105 million clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Pole to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production and analysis of internal and external financial reports, covering a range of valuable information on the financial performance of the Group's businesses and entities.
  • Act as the key stakeholder for both Group senior management and AXA France.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of financial analysts and controllers to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reports and analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong business analytical skills and the ability to determine and assess key risks and opportunities.
  • Extensive experience of controlling, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting frameworks, including IFRS17.
  • Fluent in French and English is required.
  • Dynamic, highly organized, structured, and proactive.
  • Strong team worker and ability to build an effective trust-based relationship with all entities and Group correspondents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining effective and pragmatic while ensuring a high deliverables quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embracing new ideas and approaches to meet evolving business needs.
