Key Responsibilities:

Market and Competitive Insights: Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover customer demands, industry trends, and competitive dynamics within the last-mile logistics sector. Evaluate competitor products and market positioning to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Leverage findings from market research to shape product strategy and market positioning. Product Messaging and Positioning: Craft clear and persuasive product messaging that sets Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions apart in the marketplace. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging that aligns with product features and advantages. Develop customer-facing materials, such as product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content. Go-to-Market Planning: Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to guarantee successful product rollouts. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of go-to-market efforts. Sales Support: Create sales enablement resources, including sales presentations, competitive analysis tools, and training materials, to assist the sales team in effectively promoting and selling Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions. Conduct training sessions for sales personnel on product messaging, positioning, and value propositions. Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and challenges. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to prioritize feature enhancements and product upgrades based on customer feedback. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing strategies. Act as a vital link between product management and marketing teams to ensure that messaging and positioning align with the product roadmap and features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus. Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B/SAAS or logistics sectors. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective product marketing strategies. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform decision-making. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging messaging and materials. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently. Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in the last-mile logistics arena.
