Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow your client portfolio, increasing revenue and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Commercialize our executive offices, suites, and private floors in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
  • Manage incoming requests: qualify and process with professionalism.
  • Prospect targeted businesses based on address needs.
  • Pilot the entire sales cycle: qualification, visit, commercial proposal, financial and legal negotiation, closing.
  • Coordinate pre-sales with Kwerk experts (architecture and design studio, operations).
  • Foster client loyalty and development.
  • Report activity: participate in creating activity reports and analyzing performance by address and client portfolio.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
