Key Responsibilities- Manage Project Vendor Performance (VPM) activities for assigned Purchase Orders, coordinating shop expeditors/inspectors to achieve supply conformity against contractual requirements.
- Monitor man-hours budget assigned on the Project and prepare summary reports for the Project.
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Project team, Procurement, Assurance, and other stakeholders.
- Review contracts and prepare relevant VPM project procedures.
- Define expediting and inspection levels based on Criticality Analysis provided by the Project.
- Prepare requests for Expeditor or Inspector/2nd Party Agency assignment.
- Monitor man-hours budget assigned on the project.
- Ensure timely availability of necessary documentation to perform activities.
- Organize Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) and Hand-Over Meetings (HOM), ensuring predecessors are achieved.
- Ensure Expeditors or Inspectors/2nd Party Agency follow VPM Project specifications.
- Check VPM Project deliverables before distribution to the Project Team.
- Prepare required reports to the Project Team relevant to VPM status.
- Attend VPM recurrent meetings and participate in HOM/KOM with the Supplier, as necessary.
- Ensure and validate updating progress in IT tools (SmartMaterials).
- Define modifications to inspection/expediting levels and mitigation programs/recovery plans with the Project Team and shop Inspectors.
- Organize and attend meetings at Supplier/Sub-supplier premises and/or in offices with Inspectors, when deemed necessary.
- Bachelor Degree (Engineering/Business/Management).
- Oil & Gas/Chemical Suppliers knowledge.
- Coordination skills in a complex environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a strong pressure context.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Operational English.
- Strong leadership attitude.
- Past experiences in quality control activities at workshop.
- Other foreign languages.
