We are a fast-growing startup based in Paris, dedicated to empowering publishers through innovative Ad Management solutions. Our product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018. As a pioneer in Ad Management, we empower publishers to build, maintain, optimize, and monitor high-performing ad stacks with confidence.

Our Ad Management platform is the only one that empowers publishers' monetization teams to make data-based decisions about their ad stack. We work with some of the best online media companies in the world, including Le Monde, DPG Media, United Internet Media, Vinted, Webedia, and many more.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to lead and elevate our relationships with enterprise-level clients. As the primary executive contact for key accounts, you will drive the adoption of our products and services, and identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client's business objectives and leverage our products or services to deliver measurable value and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to uncover client business goals, challenges, and needs, tailoring our solutions to address these effectively.
  • Spearhead the renewal process for enterprise contracts, while proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Partner closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs and driving account success.
Requirements
  • 7/10+ years of experience in senior account management or account director roles within ad tech environments.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and supporting complex, technical products.
  • Exceptional ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
