Job Title: Senior Enterprise Account Director

This role is based in Paris and offers a hybrid work option, allowing you to work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office as needed.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within the Enterprise sector.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our solutions, Hiring & Learning, and making them stronger through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and prioritizing accounts to identify revenue paths and map stakeholders
  • Applying solution expertise to maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitive insight
  • Multithreading accounts to build meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders and establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts
  • Securing renewals and growing current customer product baselines
  • Driving net new revenue streams through cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborating internally with cross-functional partners and engaging in company-wide projects

Qualifications include 8+ years of applicable sales experience, ability to establish executive-level relationships, and experience in HR consulting or HR strategy.
